I woke up early this morning to exercise with my friend Aline (it's Brazilian, pronounced "ah-lee-nee", your welcome Aline), and it was horror crawling out of bed. Of course, it was our first day attempting to work out, and I didn't get past brushing my teeth before the phone rang. It was Aline canceling for the rest of the week because of family visits. Oh. Too bad... really. Mmmmm, maybe.
I was proud of myself for being awake two entire hours before 9am however, and decided to try one more thing. I walked back into the bedroom, nudged a sleeping Marcos and asked, "Do you feel like going walking or running, now that I'm awake?". He rolled over and mumbled, "I feel like snuggling at 100 miles per hour with you".
When Marcos woke up three hours later he came into the living room where I had jotted down his quote, and he read it with the most quizzical expression on his face. He looked up and asked, "What is this?" Man oh man, the things he says in his sleep...

haha, mark tells me I talk in my sleep too. What an experience spouses get with people like Marcos and I :-)
About a month ago I was awake in the middle of the night with Luke and Andrew rolled over and said, "I met two black bears on the horizon and now we're friends". It was so poignant and beautiful...I pictured him holding hands with black bears and skipping. He hates it when I bring it up!
Um, I'm really proud of your self discipline, but I think you're supposed to sleep in like a maniac when you finish another level in school...
That's funny... I'm sure that sentence would certainly have made sense in Portuguese... OR NOT!! LOL
Seriously now... we're totally going to work out next week! I promise :P
Our Brazilian Prieto boys are the best, huh! They make being married lots of fun. I think it's part of the Prieto gene to talk in their sleep. I'm glad they make us smile!
