The elephants were a gift from my friend Kristi who has her own etsy store. I love how she personalized the tags for "Gigi"... so cute. The new wire line addition to the wall was courtesy of IKEA; I mounted 8x10 photographs from our maternity session onto cardstock, and cut out hearts from Rebecca's old calendar, and laced them down the line. Frankly, I dig the temporary nature of the line... someday there will be pictures of Giovanna hanging, and then someday even later her own drawings will grace the room.

The room is beautiful and so personal! I am very excited for you to become a mother. I just love you guys and wish you all the best! It's coming up so fast! Keep us posted on the baby stuff. I know it feels weird to think that this new person you hardly know could come in and sweep everything you thought you knew away in one quick moment, but she will and it will all be just fine. Don't feel guilty for gushing. All the other parents out there completely understand and what's more is that they love it too! ;]
